Strato is the intelligent core of Moi’s digital manufacturing platform. It is the CAM environment for composite additive manufacturing, handling material-aware toolpath generation and slicing strategies optimized for different additive technologies. Strato is made to adapt, not constrain: slicing is organized around a system of ingredients and recipes. High-level recipes provide ready-to-use workflows for standard operations, while ingredients expose parametric building blocks that allow users to customize strategies and automate complex process pipelines.

Strato Machine is the machine-side software responsible for executing manufacturing instructions generated in Strato. Acting as the control layer between the digital process definition and the physical hardware, it manages motion systems, toolheads, and auxiliaries from a unified interface. Strato Machine synchronizes motion, material deposition, and curing behavior in real time, ensuring stable and repeatable execution of manufacturing processes. By eliminating the need for G-code adaptation, post-processing, or direct robot programming, Strato Machine enables deployment of advanced manufacturing workflows directly on the production floor.
