Toolhead

S18 SFM® deposition unit seamlessly integrated into the HFP control system, enabling high-speed thermoset composite printing with in-situ UV curing. Optional milling toolheads enable hybrid additive–subtractive manufacturing workflows.

Motion

HFP integrates high-accuracy Kuka robotic systems, configurable with a 6-axis robot or with an additional 2-axis rotary-tilting positioner for enhanced geometric freedom in complex part manufacturing.

Auxiliaries

External material supply unit feeds SFM® materials directly to the deposition system, enabling uninterrupted operation and sustained high-throughput manufacturing.

Industry-ready safety

State-of-the-art safety architecture based on B&R safety PLC and certified components, with interlocked access doors and integrated machine safety supervision.

Premium automation

Dedicated IPC for process control running Strato Machine, our proprietary machine-side software managing printing operations and system utilities within an integrated automation cabinet.

Full integration

Fully integrated manufacturing system enabling straightforward installation and rapid deployment, without the need for complex third-party integration.
